YSXP-250 14 Head Marble Stone Profiling Polishing Machine

This stone profiling and polishing production line is independently developed and manufactured by Yongtao Machinery in China. The complete line consists of three machines: a six-head profiling machine, an eight-head polishing machine, and a double-side straight edge polishing machine, forming a continuous and efficient processing system for stone surface forming and polishing.

The production line is equipped with three conveyor frames, each with a length of 2.5 meters, ensuring stable material transfer and smooth operation throughout the entire process. It is designed for surface profiling and polishing of marble and artificial stone, delivering consistent shape accuracy and high-quality surface finishes.

The front six-head profiling machine is fitted with six electroplated diamond wheels for precise shaping. The eight-head polishing machine is configured with five resin polishing wheels and three sponge polishing wheels, allowing progressive surface refinement and high-gloss finishing. The final double-side straight edge polishing machine uses water grinding discs to polish both sides of the material edges, ensuring uniform edge quality and clean straight profiles.

After polishing, a blower system is integrated to effectively remove surface moisture from the stone slabs. This allows the finished materials to be directly laminated and packed without additional drying steps, improving production efficiency and reducing handling time.
