Warranty Services

We guarantee that goods supplied under this contract shall be brand new, newly made, and in good working condition.
The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of commissioning.
During the guarantee period, if any defect against defective materials and poor workmanship, the Seller shall be obliged to remedy at the Seller expenses, the faults discovered and attributable to the Seller by repairing or replacing the defective items in the shortest time possible.

If the product proves detective during the warranty period, we will respond within 24 hours after receiving your request. Our technician will touch you by phone and email. If you still don't how how to solve the problem, we will dispatch our maintenance staff to your designated destinations
If you need to purchase wear parts, we will respond within 24 hours and provide technical support after receiving your request.

Shipping Info

Packing ways：

1.Small machines: it will be wooden case packing,and it will influenced by the payment term. Suit for LCL shipping
2.Large machines: it will be packed with wooden frame or nude packing, and covered with water-proof film, suit for FCL shipping
