Four-Stage Quality Inspection Process

1. Incoming Material and Component Inspection

Before production begins, key raw materials, structural components, electrical parts and purchased components are inspected according to the technical requirements of the machine.

The inspection process may include checking material specifications, dimensions, appearance, component models and supplied quantities. Materials or components that do not meet the required standards are rejected, corrected or replaced before entering production.

2. In-Process Manufacturing Inspection

Quality inspections are carried out throughout fabrication, machining, welding, assembly and electrical installation.

Our technicians check key dimensions, structural alignment, connection quality, component positioning and assembly accuracy during each production stage. A process is allowed to proceed only after the relevant inspection requirements have been met.

Any nonconformity found during production must be corrected and inspected again before the machine moves to the next stage.

3. Final Assembly and Functional Testing

After assembly is completed, the machine undergoes a comprehensive functional inspection.

Depending on the machine model, the inspection may cover:

1. Mechanical connections and fasteners

2. Electrical wiring and grounding

3. Control system operation

4. Motor and transmission performance

5. Guide rail and axis movement

6. Conveyor and material-feeding operation

4. Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before shipment, the machine undergoes a final inspection to confirm that its model, configuration and accessories are consistent with the customer’s order.

The final inspection includes checking the machine appearance, installed components, operating functions, tools, spare parts, technical documents and packaging condition.

Only machines that pass the final inspection are approved for packaging and delivery.

Before a machine is released for shipment, the responsible technical and quality-control personnel confirm that the required inspections and functional tests have been completed.

The machine must be properly assembled, correctly configured, fully tested and securely packaged before final approval is granted.
