This video demonstrates the ceramic tile edge-processing sequence of the YTMDY-800. The compact five-head configuration uses one head for edge calibration, two heads for 30° and 45° chamfering, and two diamond profile heads for R10 rounded-edge forming.
The video shows ceramic tile workpieces moving through the conveyor and pressure-wheel system while the processing heads complete the required edge operations. Viewers can observe the machine structure, workpiece feeding, motor arrangement and progressive transition from the original tile edge to the formed R10 profile.
The standard configuration focuses on calibration, chamfering and rounded-edge forming. It does not use the longer progressive polishing sequence found on larger multi-head configurations. If a smoother finished edge is required, an additional resin finishing head can be evaluated according to the tile sample and required result.
