The YTQZ-B/1-600 single spindle ceramic tile mosaic cutting machine is independently developed and manufactured by Yongtao Machinery in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Designed for high-efficiency mosaic tile production, this 600 mm single-spindle multi-blade cutting system allows large ceramic tiles to be cut into multiple strips in a single pass, providing consistent and precise results for subsequent mosaic processing.

After initial cutting, the tile strips are placed into a secondary mosaic cutting machine, where they are further divided into small mosaic tile pieces. The secondary cutting process requires the strips to be placed into dedicated cutting templates, ensuring precise particle size and shape. The machine supports cutting blade diameters from 210 mm to 300 mm, delivering excellent mosaic cutting performance. Yongtao Machinery provides matching cutting clamps and spacers to ensure safe and accurate operation.

Once the mosaic tiles are cut, mosaic laying templates are required to fix the tile shapes, apply adhesive, and place the mesh for drying. After drying, the tiles are processed in an oven and cleaned, resulting in finished ceramic tile mosaics ready for installation. Mosaic templates can be selected based on the desired particle shape and size.

• Standard square particles: 10×10 mm, 15×15 mm, 20×20 mm

• Common rectangular particles: 10×20 mm, 15×30 mm

• Large-size mosaic tiles: 30×30 mm, 50×50 mm
