YTH-800 Dry Porcelain Cutter Machine Production Line

The YTH-800 dry porcelain cutter machine is independently developed and manufactured by Yongtao Machinery, specifically designed for high-efficiency dry cutting of porcelain tiles with a standard size of 800 × 400 mm. This dry cutting solution eliminates water usage, improves factory cleanliness, and is ideal for modern tile processing lines.

The complete production line is configured with two dry porcelain cutting machines arranged in sequence. The first cutting machine performs three cuts in a single pass, dividing one 800 × 400 mm tile into four pieces of 400 × 200 mm. The second cutting machine then performs one additional cut, splitting each 400 × 200 mm tile into two 200 × 200 mm pieces. After this process, a total of eight 200 × 200 mm tiles are produced from one original tile.

After cutting, all tiles are conveyed out of the system in a stable and controlled manner. Each tile is firmly pressed and guided through a 90-degree turning conveyor, ensuring precise alignment and smooth transfer to the next processing stage. The tiles are then ready for straight edge polishing and chamfering operations, forming a continuous and efficient production workflow.
