Double shaft blades continuous cutting machine usage:
1. If cut ceramic tile, use the blades with gap. If groove ceramic tile, please use the blades without gap (whole round blade)
2. The machine can install 10-20 pcs of blades, can produce 11-21 pcs of strip shaped brick.
3. Adjustment: install the first shaft blades at first, and then install the second shaft blades. The number of both shaft blades are the same, and each blade between first shaft and second shaft installed in a line. So that the edge of brick will be smooth without step.
If the blades did not align at a line, the cutting brick will have several problem as below:
(1) the brick will come out step
(2) The size of brick are not the same
(3) Easily get stuck during cutting
(4) Brick damaged
(5) The machine over loading
4. The machine suit for large quantity cutting brick, the more quantity, the high cost-effective is. If small quantity, the machine can not be fully used, electric consumption large, so the cost-effective very low. Also the cost of blades is high. If the quantity is large, the machine have high cost-effective.
5. This machine have a function of pre-cutting, the second shaft blades will cut off the brick, so this machine cut brick with fast speed and good effect.
