Our YJ-4020 AB 5-axis waterjet system has been successfully installed and put into operation at a customer’s factory in Saudi Arabia. The project included factory inspection, equipment production, international delivery, on-site commissioning and operator training.
The customer selected this configuration according to the required cutting applications, processing accuracy and production workflow. The AB 5-axis structure provides additional angular movement compared with a standard three-axis system, making it suitable for projects that require flexible cutting paths and controlled angled processing.
Before confirming the order, the customer visited Yongtao Machinery’s manufacturing facility in Foshan, China. During the visit, the customer inspected the machine structure, control system, cutting platform and production process.
Our technical team also discussed the customer’s processing requirements, material applications, cutting dimensions and daily production needs. This factory inspection helped ensure that the selected configuration matched the customer’s actual operating conditions before production began.
After the configuration was confirmed, Yongtao completed machine production, assembly and operational testing. Key functions were checked before shipment to help ensure stable performance during installation.
The equipment was then prepared for international transportation and delivered to the customer’s factory in Saudi Arabia. The project was coordinated according to the installation schedule, site conditions and customer production plan.
After the machine arrived, Yongtao’s service team provided on-site installation and commissioning. The work included equipment positioning, system connection, operating checks, cutting-head calibration and trial cutting.
The technical team verified machine movement, cutting stability and program execution before handing the system over for production. Real operating footage was also recorded during the project to document the installation process and cutting performance.
Operator training was provided after commissioning. The training covered machine startup, CNC operation, cutting-file preparation, parameter adjustment, routine inspection and basic maintenance.
The customer’s operators were guided through the complete workflow, from importing cutting files to completing trial production. Yongtao also provided technical guidance for safe operation and daily maintenance to support reliable long-term use.
The completed installation demonstrated the stability and flexibility of the YJ-4020 AB 5-axis system in practical production conditions. The machine was successfully placed into operation, and the customer received the required installation, commissioning and training support.
